Scent is the only sense wired straight to memory — which is why we build it into the evening, not onto it. The Luminé Bar is not a craft table. It is a styled, staffed station where each guest moves through a curated menu of scent families with a fragrance stylist and walks away holding a perfume blended for them in that moment, labeled with your names and your date.

Section One
Your Evening
How the station moves with your timeline. Two service windows with a natural reset between them — the reason we can serve a large guest list without a queue forming at your wedding.

- 10:30 – 11:30Breakdown and load-out. The space is left exactly as we found it.
Three hours of live service, four hours on site. We count the dinner hour as our reset, not as service time — you are not billed for it.
The Math
Serving 200 Guests Without a Line
A full sit-down consultation runs ten to fifteen minutes per guest — nowhere near a two-hundred-person guest list. So at this scale we use pre-batched accords blended in our Birmingham studio beforehand. On the night the guest smells, chooses, and we pour: roughly four minutes per guest, with no loss of personalization. The combination is still theirs.

The cocktail hour is the pressure point — expect fifty to sixty percent of guests in that first hour. We stage scent flight tasting boards on nearby cocktail tables so dwell time becomes part of the experience rather than a queue.

Per-guest rates quoted at a 200-guest count; Saturday and peak-season rates are already built in. Custom wedding labels ($250) and custom keepsake boxes ($250) are flat charges covering your full guest count, and travel is a flat fee — never per-unit, never per-mile. Sales tax applies to the subtotal.

If you add only one, make it the Signature Scent Session. Without it the station is beautiful but generic. With it, every bottle a guest carries home is built off a fragrance the two of you made together.

We carry general liability and will furnish a certificate naming your venue as additional insured on request. All components are all-natural, vegan, cruelty-free and phthalate-free; an ingredient disclosure sheet is available for guests with sensitivities. Dates are held on a first-signed basis.
